CES® 2027 opens its show floors on Wednesday, January 6, and runs through Saturday, January 9, across 12 venues grouped into three campuses: the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), the Venetian Campus and the C Space Campus around ARIA. For exhibitors, the right hotel is less about a famous Strip address and more about which hall you work, when your crew starts and how you move between buildings.
This guide matches hotels near the Las Vegas Convention Center to halls and roles, picks five restaurants for the meals that matter during show week, and sizes five things to do to the free time you actually have. Every date, hour and route below comes from organizer, venue or operator sources checked this October. Confirm details on ces.tech before you book.
Exhibits open at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, January 6, run 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, and close at 4 p.m. on Saturday, January 9. The week starts earlier for media and conference attendees: Media Days are January 4–5 at Mandalay Bay, CES Unveiled Las Vegas takes place Monday, January 4, and the conference program and C Space sessions begin Tuesday, January 5.
CES groups its 12 venues and more than 2.5 million net square feet of exhibits into three campuses. The 2027 campus maps, dated September 29, place the product categories like this:
Lenovo will also stage its keynote at Sphere. Download the CES 2027 App before you land; its enhanced maps include blue-dot location.

Start with the hall your booth is in, then adjust for who is staying. Distances below are straight-line measurements from the LVCC, so actual walking routes run longer.
Book through onPeak, the housing agent CES designates for the show, or directly with your hotel. CES warns that resellers pose as show vendors. Individual onPeak bookings cover up to nine rooms; 10 or more rooms on any single night calls for a group block request.
Plan transport around your hall and your hours. The shuttle, Monorail and rideshare details below come from the CES transportation guide and its 2027 shuttle flyer.
Complimentary shuttles run from Tuesday, January 5, through Saturday, January 9, and you need a CES 2027 badge to board. Routes 1 through 8 serve hotels from Encore and Wynn south to Mandalay Bay, plus downtown. At the LVCC they board in the South Hall and West Hall bus areas, and the West Hall stop also serves Fontainebleau and CES Foundry.
Most routes are split-day: inbound from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. and outbound from 4 to 6:30 p.m., Wednesday through Friday, with no midday runs. Route 7 for ARIA, Park MGM and Vdara runs all day. The Tech Express links LVCC Central Plaza with the Venetian Expo every 10 minutes.
Inside the convention center campus, the Loop is free. The LVCVA describes about two miles of tunnels and five stations across the 200-acre campus, connecting West Hall with Central and South Halls. Ticketed Loop rides reach Westgate, Resorts World, Encore, Fontainebleau and SAHARA. The Boring Company also lists Harry Reid International Airport Terminals 1 and 3 among its active stations; confirm airport service with the operator before you rely on it for arrival day.
The Las Vegas Monorail stops at the LVCC and Westgate on a line that runs from SAHARA to MGM Grand. It operates 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday and until 3 a.m. Friday through Sunday. Add a Monorail pass during CES registration and your badge works as the ticket. It does not serve the Venetian Expo.
At the LVCC, rideshare pickup is outside South Hall between the Bronze Lot and the Renaissance, or in the Diamond Lot next to West Hall. Venues and most hotels use designated pickup entrances, so watch for prompts in your app. Taxis serve every show venue, but end-of-day lines can be long. Private drop-offs at the LVCC are limited to the S2, C5 and West Hall entrances, and there is no public parking at the LVCC or the Venetian Expo.
Westgate, the Renaissance, Courtyard and Residence Inn all sit about 0.3 mile from the LVCC in a straight line, which makes walking realistic. The Venetian Expo is about 1.1 miles away, so take the Tech Express. Leave buffer time at the 6 p.m. close Wednesday through Friday, when taxi lines run longest. On Saturday, exhibits end at 4 p.m. and most hotel shuttles head back only between 2 and 4:30 p.m.
The details that decide a smooth show rarely appear on the floor plan. Here is what the CES exhibitor pages and Freeman's 2027 target freight forms set out, and how to staff the booth around them.
Your company's Registration Coordinator starts each staff registration in the Exhibitor Dashboard, and every person then completes their own. Each staffer must also collect their own badge with photo ID. Exhibitor-only early pickup opens December 26 at West Hall room W102 and Central Hall room N107. If your team needs 10 or more rooms on any night, request an onPeak group block instead of booking piecemeal.
Plan booth coverage in rotations of three to four hours. A 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. day splits cleanly into three shifts; add a 15-minute overlap at each handoff so the booth never goes quiet. Before opening day, agree on three or four qualifying questions, assign one person per shift to own lead capture, and export leads every night so sales can follow up while each conversation is fresh.
Rotations like these are the backbone of CES booth staffing. TLC Models has 13+ years of experience at the show, and our CES staffing page outlines the roles we place, from product demonstrators to lead-capture teams. Our professionals are background-checked W-2 talent, and every team is fully insured. See how we supported LG Electronics across multiple CES activations, with an on-site manager running breaks and rotations. Explore trade show staffing, or request your CES team.
Our Las Vegas team can help you build a staffing plan around these dates as soon as your booth is confirmed.
