By accessing or using tlcmodels.com (the “Site”), operated by TLC Models & Talent (“TLC,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
TLC Models & Talent is an event staffing and talent agency headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, providing trade show staff, brand ambassadors, promotional models, VIP hostesses, event staff, entertainers, and specialty talent for events across the United States.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes related to learning about our services, browsing our talent roster, and submitting booking or application inquiries. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by:
All content on the Site — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and the TLC Models name and marks — is the property of TLC Models & Talent or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
Photographs and profiles on the Site depict professional talent represented by TLC and are displayed with appropriate authorization for promotional purposes. Talent imagery may not be downloaded, copied, or used for any purpose — commercial or otherwise — without written permission from TLC. Appearance of any individual on the Site does not constitute an endorsement of any third-party product or service.
Submitting a quote request or booking inquiry through the Site does not create a binding staffing engagement. All staffing engagements are governed by a separate written service agreement or booking confirmation issued by TLC, which sets out the specific rates, deposits, cancellation terms, and conditions for that engagement. If there is any conflict between these website terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls for that engagement.
Applying to join the TLC roster does not guarantee representation or bookings. By submitting an application, you confirm that the information and materials you provide are accurate and that you have the right to share them. TLC talent are engaged as described in their individual talent agreements.
Information submitted through Site forms (such as your name, contact details, and event details) is used to respond to your inquiry and manage our client and talent relationships. The Site uses standard analytics tools to understand site usage. We do not sell personal information. By submitting a form you consent to being contacted by TLC about your inquiry by email or phone.
The Site links to third-party websites (for example, event venues, hotels, and event organizers) for your convenience. TLC does not control and is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep information current and accurate, TLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site's content, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TLC Models & Talent will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TLC Models & Talent and its owners, employees, and representatives from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
